For boutique and independent hotels with a strong property and an underperforming site.
An outdated website leaks that demand to OTAs and competitors instead of turning it into a direct booking.
01
SEO, ads, social, referrals, and OTA listings have already done the hard part. The website is where that spend turns into a booking, or does not.
02
The next guest is looking at your site next to four or five others. If yours feels cheaper or harder to use, they keep going.
03
If the booking path is unclear, guests pay commission to a platform they already trust, even when they started on your site.
04
A strong property with an outdated site cannot hold a premium price. The stay looks expensive. The website looks cheap.
If the website looks cheap or hard to use, they compare you against competitors and pay elsewhere.
01
Guests decide in seconds. An outdated site makes a strong hotel look cheaper than it is, so premium rooms are harder to sell.
02
Confusing navigation hides rooms, location, and packages. Guests who cannot find what they need leave and search for another hotel.
03
Most hotel research happens on a phone. If the site pinches, hops, or hides the booking path, they bounce.
04
If checkout feels unclear, guests pay commission to a platform they trust. You lose the booking and the guest relationship.
Guests should feel they are booking a premium hotel, find rooms and location without hunting, and complete a direct booking without switching to an OTA.
The site finally matches the property. You are not fully dependent on OTAs. You are not embarrassed to send someone the URL.
We keep the property, the photos you have, and the booking tools you already pay for. What changes is how the stay is shown, why it is worth the rate, and how easy it is to book directly.
Current
Upgraded
Booking is easy to miss, so guests leave for an OTA they already trust.
Rooms, rates, and a visible book action, built to hold up on a phone.
A hotel-specific sequence: find the leak, rebuild the journey, then make the next step obvious.
01
Guests decide if the hotel feels cared for in a few seconds. The website is that first look.
02
An outdated site makes people hesitate, even when the property is strong.
03
Rooms, location, and offers need to be easy to find. If they are not, guests bounce.
04
Booking or WhatsApp should be obvious on every important page. Curiosity without a next step does not fill rooms.
Structure, story, rooms, trust, and a booking path that works on a phone. Not extra modules you will not use.
Lead with the stay, not a generic slider and a wall of links.
Clear rooms, amenities, and a reason to choose each one.
Seasonal stays without sending guests to hunt through PDFs.
Book or enquire from the pages guests actually read.
A direct line for guests who prefer to message.
Built for the phone first, then scaled to desktop.
Titles, meta, and structure so the hotel can be found on Google.
See which pages guests use, and where they drop off.
You always know what is happening.

We'll tell you
what to change first
The website is the front door. Booking, payments, and the front desk stay on the tools you already run.
What we rebuild
How rooms and offers are shown. How a guest books or messages on WhatsApp. Built for the phone first.
Guests never see the systems behind it. They see the stay, then a clear next step.
What we leave
Booking engine
Connected to the new site. Not replaced.
Front desk / PMS
Check-in and room status stay on your current system.
Payments
The same cards and gateways you already take.
Your domain
Launched on the name guests already search.
Built for the phone
Most hotel searches happen on a phone. Rooms, comparison, and booking have to work with a thumb, not a mouse.
We build the mobile layout first, then expand it. The desktop site stays calm. The phone site stays usable.
Independent hotels do not need a 40-page proposal. They need a partner who treats the website as a booking channel and can show what to change.
01
We do not treat the site as a design project. We find where guest interest dies, then rebuild around psychology, positioning, and conversion.
02
Guest journey, OTA dynamics, room comparison, and premium-rate positioning. We do not optimize for a beautiful website.
03
Strategy, UX, copy, design, development, booking integration, SEO, analytics, and launch. You are not coordinating four vendors.

We do not
Promises we will not make.

New photography
We work with the photos you already have. A new shoot is separate if you want one.
